Surf Weekend

Come and join us for a luxury weekend of surfing, yoga and massages all set beside the picturesque beach at Perranporth in Cornwall. We will teach you everything you need to know to get started surfing with our experienced team of coaches. Then when you start to feel the aches and pains set in our onsite yoga and massage sessions are designed specifically to loosen and refresh your body, giving you a new lease of life for the next day! It’s the perfect combination for a weekend away to unwind from all the stress in the office!

Location:

Perranporth is a growing town situated 10 miles South of Newquay on the North coast of Cornwall. Driving down the hill into the town, you are greeted with a picturesque view overlooking the town and beach, as it sits in a river formed valley opening out to the sea.

Perranporth's tranquil and serene setting makes for a chilled and friendly atmosphere in and out of the water. The large open sandy beach and the small groups we teach allow us to increase the 'one on one' coaching and leave us the freedom to style the lesson to your needs.

Transport & Accommodation:

This is an independent 20days trip – that means we provide the activity, and you make your own way there and choose your own hotel, which gives you much greater flexibility in terms of price and luxury levels. We have some recommendations for you though so try some of the following places.

Transport Options:

Driving: With onsite parking, changing room facilities, and shop the Academy is perfectly positioned to make your surf lessons as comfortable and convenient as possible from the outset.

Train: You can even take a sleeper train to save some cash! Have a look at http://www.thetrainline.com/ The nearest station to the beach is Newquay which is about 9 miles away – roughly a 20 minute taxi ride.
